She is focused on solving problems at a global scale and leverages her extensive network to help visionary entrepreneurs accelerate and expand their efforts. In addition to her role at KittyHawk, Alexandra serves as a member of the advisory boards of Rockefeller Capital Management and Overlay Capital. She previously co-founded Madeira Global, a leading ESG advisory and reporting firm, in 2012. Madeira Global was acquired in 2020 by Cimbria Capital.
Zenia is passionate about tapping the vastness of human potential to tackle the planet's most vexing problems. Zenia spent a decade as Chief Impact Officer at XPRIZE, where she designed more than 25 innovation challenges in areas such as hydrogen energy, carbon dioxide removal, zero-waste mining, alternate proteins, desalination, age-reversal, and water abundance. Her last large-scale effort at XPRIZE was the groundbreaking design of the $100 million Carbon Removal prize funded by Elon Musk that incentivized solutions for the capture and sequestration of atmospheric CO2.
